Convenient parking, excellent breakfast choices, friendly and accommodating staff, good WiFi, and close to public transport.

The Holiday Inn Downtown Centre's perfect location next to the Eaton Centre provided convenient access to all the attractions and shopping I wanted to explore. The entrance to the Yonge/College Subway line right outside the hotel made it easy to get around the city, and the glass galleria with its array of retailers and restaurants was a delightful bonus.
Hot water and window issues.
